In case you run into some trouble along the way, we have an FAQ to help get you back on track!

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery within 5 working days. For rural delivery please add an extra 24 to 48 hours once shipped.
 

Will I have to sign for the parcel on delivery?

Orders are dispatched with a Permission to Leave (PTL) label. This means the couriers will be leaving the parcel outside your front door even if you aren't home. If you would like the couriers to obtain a signature or have any other special instructions include these in the order comments box which is just before you submit your order. 

Is there a freight charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for orders $69 or more. At certain times of the year we offer more shipping options, scroll down to view (For orders under $69 there is a freight and handling fee of $6.95 for standard flat rate delivery).

Can we collect our order, so we don’t have to pay freight?

No, unfortunately this is not an option. We are an online retailer only; all orders must be placed online or over the phone and will be delivered directly to your home (or whatever address you provide on checkout).

I can’t select the ‘country’ when I am adding my address and it won’t let me proceed without it

If the text box in the country field says ‘select your country’ Click on the text box called address finder, then press the Tab key. The box called country will be highlighted. Press the enter key and use the arrow keys to select New Zealand. (Please note this method only works on computers)

If the country field only has the > symbol, then the device you are use is not permitting you to select any of the country options, please change to a different device or contact us to place the order for you.

I can’t find my address using the address finder in the checkout

You can manually set your address by creating a login. Simply click the ‘Register’ button at the top right of the page to create one. From there you can key in each individual address line and checkout with your preferred address.

Can we collect our order, so we receive it before children start school?

No, unfortunately this is not an option. We are an online retailer only; all orders must be placed online or over the phone and will be delivered directly to your home (or whatever address you provide on checkout).

How can I see the school's requirements for my child?

Simply search for the school on the home page and select your child's school from the drop down. Not all schools provide us with their requirements, so if your school isn't listed you can search for the items that your child/ren require using our products tab or the search box in the top right-hand corner. 

My school is not listed, but I still want to order from you. What should I do?

Visit our main website www.qizzle.co.nz and you can browse our product range or search for a particular product using the search box if you have your childs stationery requirements handy. Simply add the items you require to your cart then checkout as a guest. 

Can I order stationery for more than one child?

Absolutely! To add an additional pack to your order simply, go the home page, then select your school then select your child’s pack and add it the same way you added your first pack. If the stationery requirements aren't loaded for your child, you can add the products they require from the products tab or the search bar at the top of the page. 

Please note that for environmental and operational efficiency reasons, orders for all students are combined and shipped together in one parcel.

Can I add extra items to my child's order?

Yes, we have a range of products that can be added to your order. To view these, click on the products tab, you can also search for products in the search box in the top right hand corner. If you have trouble finding a particular product you can chat with us online or email customerservice@schoolpacks.co.nz and we will be able to help you find this.

Can we change the quantity/delete/add items in our pack?

Most schools have opted to have completely unlocked or partially locked item quantities. To edit the quantity of a pack item, edit the quantity number in the text box field next to each item.

To edit item quantities from the shopping cart, click view cart, at the bottom of each schoolpack there will be an option called ‘change’ select that to edit your child’s pack.

The ‘View Pack List’ button is greyed out

Adding a student name in the ‘Enter Student Details’ field and selecting a pack, will change the colour of the button from grey to purple. If the button remains greyed out, try refreshing the page and entering your student name again. You will not lose any items or packs already added to your cart by doing this.

How can I pay for my Childs stationery?

Payment is collected at the time of order and can be made via debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If this option doesn't suit you, chat with us online or email customerservice@schoolpacks.co.nz and we can sort out a solution for you! 

Do you accept WINZ payment cards?

No, we do not accept WINZ payment cards on our website, but we do provide an alternative solution.

Do you provide WINZ quotes?

Yes, we are happy to provide a quote for you to pass on to your case manager. Qizzle are a registered supplier with the Ministry of Social Development and accept internet banking payments from them. Simply email customerservice@schoolpacks.co.nz to request this. You will then be given the information to create your own custom quote that you can give to your case manager to approve and pay. Upon payment being received at our end, your pack will be sent out.

What rewards does my school earn?

Your school earns reward points when you buy school stationery on www.schoolpacks.co.nz. The school can then collate and redeem these reward points on classroom supplies, equipment, and other products from our rewards range www.qizzle.co.nz/rewards

 


Shipping Rates

Business Days Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday. Schoolpacks shipping rates are GST inclusive. Note priority dispatch and overnight are offered during certain peak times at the height of back to school.

Overnight and Priority dispatch order placed on business days after 3pm are picked and released the following business day. Overnight and Priority dispatch orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the next business day. In the event that the courier fails to deliver your package within the overnight timeframe, we regret that we cannot offer a refund for the shipping costs.

Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Rate: $6.95
  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed on a standard freight ticket.
  • Processing Order: Orders are prioritized based on the selected delivery date window, processed from oldest to newest.

Free Shipping:

  • Eligibility: Orders exceeding the free shipping threshold qualify (Orders over $69)
  • Standard Processing: Like Flat Rate Shipping, orders are processed on a standard freight ticket.
  • Processing Order: Orders are picked and sent based on the selected delivery window, from oldest to newest.

Priority Dispatch:

  • Rate: $9.95
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM.
  • Same-Day Processing: These orders are prioritized for same-day shipping/dispatch.
  • After Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM.
  • Next Business Day: These orders are prioritized at the top for processing the following business day.

Priority Shipping (Overnight):

  • Rate: $14.95
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM.
  • Overnight Shipping: Prioritized for picking and dispatched on an overnight freight ticket.
  • After Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM.
  • Next Business Day Overnight: These orders are processed the following business day on an overnight freight ticket.

Note: Timings and order processing are subject to change based on operational capabilities and external factors.

Note: When selecting either Priority Dispatch or Priority Shipping Overnight, the delivery window that you select will no longer be valid, instead your order will be sent that day if placed before 3pm and the following business day if order after 3pm. For rural delivery please add an extra 24 to 48 hours once shipped
